Lead Sourcing Group – LSG’s “Site” is an electronic commerce platform mainly used by online business entities to facilitate electronic commerce. The use of these services typically does not involve the collection of personal information from individuals. Account Information, Registration Details, Activities Information, Browsing Information, and Event Information typically pertain to online business entities and are collectively referred to as business data (“Business Data”). Insofar as they contain personally identifiable information of living individuals, such information is collectively referred to as personal data (“Personal Data”).
7. Users are required to provide certain categories of Personal Data and Business Data (as specified at the time of collection). Failure to provide mandatory Personal Data and/or Business Data may result in the inability to complete the registration process or provide users with our services or products.
B. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

C. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

2. You acknowledge that we may transfer and disclose your Personal Data to affiliated companies or their designated Service Providers of Lead Sourcing Group for the purposes specified in B.1 to B.9 above.
3. When necessary, we may transfer and disclose your Personal Data to our legal advisors, insurers, law enforcement agencies, regulatory and government bodies, and other organizations for the purposes specified in B.9 above.
4. Personal Data provided by you may be retained by us and accessible to our staff, Service Providers, and other third parties mentioned in C.2 and C.3 above for the purposes explained in B.1 to B.9 above.
5. All Voluntary Information is made publicly available on the Websites and is accessible by any online user. Any Voluntary Information you submit becomes public information, and you relinquish any proprietary rights in such information.
D. RIGHT TO ACCESS/CORRECT PERSONAL DATA
Under applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to access personal data held by us and request correction of the information. E. RETENTION & DATA DELETION
All users may request deletion of their respective profiles (user data) on the Lead Sourcing Group website by sending a formal request to privacy@leadsourcinggroup.com. Requests are reviewed and verified for authentication before data deletion. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor deletion requests, but we cannot guarantee deletion within a specific time frame or recovery of deleted user data.
F. COOKIES
We use “cookies” to store specific information about you and track your visit to the Websites. Cookies enhance user recognition on websites, and it is a common practice to improve user experience.

• For registered users of the Sites, your Account Information and Subscription Information (if any) can be viewed and edited through your account, which is protected by a password. We recommend not disclosing your password to others. Our staff will not ask you for your password in an unsolicited call or email. If you share a computer with others, do not choose to save your log-in details on that shared computer. Always sign out of your account and close your browser window after completing your session.

I. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated by placing a revised and amended Privacy Policy on the Sites. The latest Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sites. You agree that any information we hold about you (as described in this Privacy Policy and depending on whether collected before or after the new Privacy Policy became effective) will be governed by the latest version of the Privacy Policy.
